GROUP CLASSES INCLUDE:
STRENGTH
A strength group class typically integrates various elements to enhance overall physical fitness and strength. We include strength endurance exercises, which involve performing repetitive movements with moderate weights over an extended period to build muscular stamina.
Additionally, the class incorporates strength and conditioning exercises that focus on lifting heavier weights with fewer repetitions to promote muscle hypertrophy and strength gains. Members are provided with a structured program that targets different muscle groups, utilizing equipment such as free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.
BOXING
Group boxing classes offer a multitude of benefits for participants of all fitness levels. Whether it's BoxFiit, BoxSweat, or BoxStrong, each variant provides unique advantages. BoxFiit combines traditional boxing techniques with elements of functional fitness, enhancing cardiovascular endurance, agility, and overall strength. BoxSweat, focusing on cardio, boosts heart health and stamina through intensive boxing drills and aerobic exercises like jumping rope and shadowboxing. On the other hand, BoxStrong integrates strength training into boxing routines, using resistance exercises to build muscle mass and increase power. Beyond physical benefits, these classes foster camaraderie and motivation within a supportive group setting, encouraging participants to push their limits while learning proper boxing techniques from experienced instructors. Whether one's goal is weight loss, improved fitness, or stress relief, group boxing classes offer a diverse and effective workout regimen.
CARDIO
In a group cardio session utilizing explosive body weight exercises and cardio machines like rowers, ski-ergs, and assault bikes, participants engage in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to maximize cardiovascular fitness and calorie burn. They perform dynamic movements such as burpees, jumping jacks, and plyometric exercises interspersed with bursts of intense effort on the machines. This combination challenges the cardiovascular system, enhancing endurance, agility, and speed while promoting fat loss and muscle toning. Group settings foster motivation and camaraderie, pushing individuals to push their limits and achieve greater fitness goals together. Regular participation in such sessions improves heart health, boosts metabolism, increases lung capacity, and elevates overall energy levels, making cardiovascular exercise a vital component of a balanced fitness regimen.
SWEATYROX
The SweatyRox group class is tailored to prepare members for the Hyrox competition or to simply add a fun and challenging workout into their routine every second weekend. Designed to simulate the demands of the Hyrox event, which includes a series of intense functional exercises like running, rowing, sled pushes, and burpees, the class focuses on improving endurance, strength, and overall fitness. Participants can expect a high-energy atmosphere with supportive coaching to enhance their performance and readiness for the competition or personal fitness goals. SweatyRox not only aims to build physical strength and stamina but also fosters camaraderie among participants, making it an engaging and rewarding addition to any fitness program.
HYBRID
Expect a dynamic blend of strength training and cardio fitness designed to achieve comprehensive fitness goals. These sessions typically integrate a variety of exercises ranging from weightlifting and resistance training to cardiovascular activities like running, cycling, or rowing. The focus is on optimizing overall physical conditioning by combining the muscle-building benefits of strength training with the cardiovascular improvements from aerobic exercise. Such classes offer a well-rounded approach to fitness, catering to individuals looking to enhance strength, endurance, agility, and overall health in a supportive group environment. By varying the exercises and intensity levels, members can effectively challenge their bodies, accelerate progress, and maintain motivation towards achieving their fitness objectives.
TEST WEEK
At the end of our 12-week program, we conduct a test week designed to help members track their progress in both strength and cardio. This week serves as a comprehensive evaluation of the improvements made throughout the program, allowing participants to measure their achievements and set new fitness goals. In addition to structured testing sessions, we offer themed dress-up classes and extra sessions such as stretch and mobility classes to create a fun and supportive atmosphere. This approach not only reinforces the importance of regular assessment in achieving fitness goals but also encourages community engagement and enjoyment in our fitness journey together.
