Pilates Classes

Pilates is a form of exercise that emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Through Pilates we are able to target smaller muscle groups often neglected in traditional workouts, such as those in the abdomen, lower back, hips, and thighs. Through a series of precise movements and controlled breathing techniques, Pilates helps strengthen these muscles, improving stability and posture.

By enhancing body awareness and promoting proper alignment, it also reduces the risk of injury during physical activities and everyday movements. Pilates is widely recognized for its ability to build long, lean muscles while fostering a deeper connection between the mind and body, making it a popular choice for both fitness enthusiasts and those recovering from injuries alike.

Group Mat Class

Our group mat classes are designed to provide individual attention to each participant, with a maximum of 8-10 people per class. We use smaller equipment such as foam blocks, magic circles, therabands, and small weights to enhance your Pilates experience. Join us for a fun and effective workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized.

*Cost R200 drop-in or package options available.

Private Comprehensive Class

Are you searching for Pilates classes that are tailored to your specific needs and objectives? Our private classes, which utilize equipment like the reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda chair, are precisely what you're looking for. We work with you at your own pace to assist you in achieving your fitness goals.

*Cost R450 per session

Duet Comprehensive PIlates

Our duet private Pilates sessions enable you and a friend to workout together on the comprehensive equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair) at a time that is suitable for you both and that is available.

Please note: In order to sign up for duet sessions, both members will need to be on the same fitness level.

*Cost R320 per person per session
